Are you ready to take charge of financial planning and analysis? 

What You Will Do

Controlling, Explaining, and Forecasting Material Cost and Productivity:

• Build and review Indirect Spend results for ISC deck and Procurement analysis.
• Provide analysis for Indirect Spend, Indirect Capex Spend, and Average Payterm for indirect suppliers.
• Review Coupa projects for Non-ISC analysis and approval in the system (both for AOP and Actual) – validate annual spend, inflation, old and new prices, saving category, and backup documentation.
• Provide monthly reports to ISC finance, actual matex results from Cost Reduction report within deadline (before they load finance data in FD Master Data system for ISC metrics).
• Lead monthly calls with Procurement and Finance ISC to discuss the actual matex vs target.
• Manage monthly risks and opportunities versus given baseline and share them with Core FP&A team.
• Lead AOP preparation with Procurement and Finance for ISC projects by discussing with functional leaders. Provide financial backup to Indirect Procurement Director for AOP presentation.
• Prepare and review Cost Reduction Procurement report: analysis of main projects vs YoY SAP spend report.

Financial Transformation:

• Lead PowerBI Dashboard development for Indirect Spend Analysis.
• Automate data management processes to improve efficiency.
• Link Saving projects to Consolidated Finance Statement and report the results on a monthly basis

What We Need

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a similar field of study.
• Experience:
  • 3+ years of directly related accounting/finance experience.
  • Experience with SAP and HFM.
• Skills:
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities to effective closure.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
