• Knowledge of basic fundamentals of accounting
• Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records.
• Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization.
• Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables.
• Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes.
• Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment.
• Knowledge of MS office and know how about the basic function of MS office.
• Improvise on daily processing efficiency and accuracy.
• Cultivates and maintains working relationships with team members
• Pro-active and zeal to outperform
• Communication- Should be able to comprehend well (written and verbal)
• Hardworking, flexible, and Pro-active
• Willingness to work in any business shift – Fixed and rotational, Day or Night shifts hours

A. Education/Experience
 

• Education: B.Com, BBA, M.com or equivalent degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
• Experience: 0 To 2 Years
