Project Lead

To support our Global Business, we are looking for a Project Lead to join our organization.
The project lead will coordinate large-scale projects for major clients, ensuring seamless implementation and integration of our ESG solution. This role requires rigorous project management skills and an understanding of CSRD requirements. The candidate will coordinate with various internal teams, including Product, Integrations, Sales and Customer Success to ensure cohesive project execution and client satisfaction. An interest in SaaS tools and a curious mindset are essential to drive continuous improvement in this position.
Role:
- Project Planning and Management:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with internal teams and customers.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Stakeholder Alignment:
- Align internal and external stakeholders on project requirements and outcomes related to CSRD.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication to manage expectations and deliverables.
- Manage resource requirements effectively to meet project timelines and budget constraints.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Identify potential challenges and risks during project implementation
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address these risks.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
- Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, including updates, changes, and best practices related to CSRD.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of integration processes.
- Make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance with sustainability reporting standards.
- Customer Support and Hands-On Assistance:
- Provide direct support and hands-on assistance to customers throughout the onboarding and integration process.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure customers are proficient with the tools and processes.
Assist customers with data collection, configuration, and dry runs to ensure they are prepared for CSRD reporting.
Your profile:
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor`s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in project management, or a related field with a focus on sustainability reporting.
- Knowledge of CSRD requirements and sustainability reporting standards is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with rigorous attention to details
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (eg: Asana).
- Demonstrated interest in SaaS tools and a curious approach
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Project management certification is desirable.
- Experience in a startup or dynamic, fast-paced environment is a plus.
